If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, big life changes, or the weight of supporting others, you’re not alone. I know how heavy life can feel when you’re trying to hold everything together. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive space where you can exhale, feel seen, and begin to explore what healing might look like for you.

I’m a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student, currently offering therapy under supervision. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I have a special interest in supporting those navigating neurodivergence, early attachment experiences, and relationship stress.

You don’t have to have it all figured out—we can take things one step at a time, together.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or navigating the weight of anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles—you’re not alone. I’ve been there too. My own experiences with complex trauma, growing up queer without a diagnosis of ADHD, and learning to make sense of life’s messiness have shaped the way I show up in the therapy room: with empathy, humour, and zero judgment.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed, integrative approaches including ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2). Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, anxiety, or just feel like you’re carrying too much, I’m here to walk alongside you as we make space for clarity, growth, and self-compassion.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating. Let’s keep it real—and work together in a way that fits you.

If your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage big emotions, you’re not alone—and they don’t have to go through it alone either. I support children and teens in navigating tough feelings, identity development, and life’s changes in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

As a neurodivergent, queer therapist with roots in Thessalon First Nation, my approach is grounded in lived experience, cultural connection, and deep empathy. I use neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practices to help kids build emotional regulation, confidence, and strong peer relationships. I also support families through transitions like divorce, school stress, and shifting dynamics at home.

I believe healing happens when young people feel seen and supported for who they truly are. That’s the kind of space I work to create every day.

If you’re an adult or young adult with ADHD who’s feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated in your work, relationships, or studies—you’re not alone. I know what it’s like to work twice as hard just to meet expectations that never quite felt built for you. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, navigating parenting a neurodiverse child, or trying to understand how build a neurodivergent friendly life, I’m here to support you in building clarity, confidence, and momentum.

As a late-diagnosed ADHDer myself, I understand both the chaos and the creativity that can come with neurodivergence. My approach is strengths-based, practical, and collaborative. With training in ADHD coaching, conflict resolution, and years of experience in education and crisis support, I partner with clients to make meaningful, sustainable changes in the areas that matter most.

If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism later in life—or you’re still trying to figure out where you fit—I see you. I know what it’s like to feel out of sync, to question your identity, and to wonder if it’s “too late” to understand yourself. My own journey with an AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) discovery as an adult has shaped both how I live and how I support others.

I work with neurodivergent adults who are navigating overwhelm, identity, and the invisible weight of trying to meet neurotypical expectations. My practice is a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or perform. Together, we explore what works for your brain and your life—with real-world strategies, self-compassion, and honesty.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or just ready to finally be yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I get it—because I’ve been there.
