We have recently reformatted how we offer our services. We still offer a post-secondary student discount; however, there are no longer student-specific sessions. Please let us know in your intake form or meet and greet if you are a post-secondary student. We now offer a 15% discount for students across all disciplines and practitioners.

We are currently in the process of getting all of our practitioners credentialed with as many insurance providers as possible. Please be patient as we navigate this process.

We are also offering a discount program. Clients who see 2 practitioners from different disciplines receive 5% off each session. Clients who see 3 practitioners receive 7.5% off each session. This discount cannot be combined with the post-secondary student discount.

I support people navigating grief and loss, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and the weight of cultural or systemic barriers. I also work with concerns around identity, relationships, body image, and disordered eating.

As a South Asian Shi’a Muslim, my practice is shaped by lived experience and the resilience of my ancestors. I understand the impact of being seen for who you are, especially when your story doesn’t fit within mainstream narratives. In our sessions, your culture, faith, ancestry, and lived experiences are welcomed as strengths, not obstacles.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s making space for grief, finding ways to manage daily stress, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel distant. Some conversations may be heavy, while others may feel lighter or even bring moments of laughter. My hope is that you leave each session with a greater sense of steadiness, perspective, and the reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

When I’m not working, I love exploring new places, taste-testing amazing foods, and connecting with different cultures. I also treasure life’s small joys: a good cup of chai, music, books, and laughter that lingers.

I am a Master of Social Work student. But before I am a student, I am an Anishinawbe man. This has had a pivotal role in the ways in which I approach my practice and live my life. Learning what it meant to be a helper, not only in my personal life but in the community, is what led me into the career of social work. My approach often involves the use of the medicine wheel and looking at people with both unconditional positive regard and in a wholistic manner.

I was suspected to have ADHD as a youth but did not receive the diagnosis until I was in my late teens, growing up I had to figure out coping mechanisms to help me through the schooling system, going through these helped experiences helped to shape the populations I wanted to focus my practices on which eventually land in Youth, ADHD and Neurodivergence, Racial & Cultural identity.

I believe meaningful mental health care begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood.

My approach is compassionate, curious, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I bring both professional experience and a personal understanding of mental health challenges, which helps shape the way I support clients: with empathy, openness, and a genuine commitment to understanding their story.

My background began in acute care nursing, where I supported individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. I later transitioned into community care, working with adults across the lifespan, including older adults. These experiences strengthened my belief that mental health care should be accessible, individualized, and focused on the whole person, not just symptoms.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, especially those who have felt overlooked, misunderstood, or have struggled in silence. I understand that ADHD can overlap with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and cognitive challenges. My approach is holistic and collaborative, helping clients explore how these experiences connect and affect daily life.

Above all, I believe healing begins when people feel heard. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can explore what is happening beneath the surface and work toward meaningful, lasting change together.

If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism later in life—or you’re still trying to figure out where you fit—I see you. I know what it’s like to feel out of sync, to question your identity, and to wonder if it’s “too late” to understand yourself. My own journey with an AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) discovery as an adult has shaped both how I live and how I support others.

I work with neurodivergent adults who are navigating overwhelm, identity, and the invisible weight of trying to meet neurotypical expectations. My practice is a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or perform. Together, we explore what works for your brain and your life—with real-world strategies, self-compassion, and honesty.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or just ready to finally be yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I get it—because I’ve been there.

Starting therapy can feel especially hard when you have felt misunderstood, overlooked, or like you have had to explain yourself over and over again. You may be navigating anxiety, identity, family expectations, life transitions, neurodivergence, trauma, or the weight of trying to fit into systems that were not built with your needs in mind. My goal is to offer a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and explore what healing and growth can look like for you.

I offer compassionate, client-centred therapy shaped by both professional experience and lived experience as a Vietnamese immigrant. My path into therapy began while working as an Educational Assistant, where I saw the gaps in mental health support for neurodivergent individuals, children with developmental disabilities, and families navigating complex systems of care.

My approach is warm, eclectic, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, while moving at a pace that feels safe and meaningful. I strive to create a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and inclusive space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered.

I am passionate about supporting immigrants, BIPOC individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, emotional regulation, interpersonal relationships, and intergenerational experiences. I also support clients with ADHD, autism, OCD, body positivity, binge eating, and social skills.

Therapy with me can be goal-oriented, exploratory, or a blend of both. We may also connect through pop culture, including video games, movies, books, anime, and storytelling, as meaningful ways to explore emotions, identity, strengths, and coping. My goal is to help clients build confidence, self-understanding, practical tools, and meaningful change in a way that feels authentic to them.

I hold a BA Honours in Psychology from the University of Windsor, a Developmental Services Worker Diploma from Fanshawe College, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I offer virtual therapy across Ontario and in-person sessions at Embodied Resilience Wellness Clinic. My rate is $140 per session, with limited sliding scale options available.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy hiking and am currently working toward completing the Bruce Trail. I have three dogs, and my favourite series is The Lord of the Rings.
