Psychotherapy Supervision

Professional supervision for therapists, social workers, and mental health practitioners seeking guidance, skill development, and case consultation. Sessions provide support, ethical insight, and professional growth, helping clinicians enhance their practice in a reflective, collaborative space.

If your child is feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or struggling to manage big emotions, you’re not alone—and they don’t have to go through it alone either. I support children and teens in navigating tough feelings, identity development, and life’s changes in a way that feels safe, respectful, and empowering.

As a neurodivergent, queer therapist with roots in Thessalon First Nation, my approach is grounded in lived experience, cultural connection, and deep empathy. I use neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed practices to help kids build emotional regulation, confidence, and strong peer relationships. I also support families through transitions like divorce, school stress, and shifting dynamics at home.

I believe healing happens when young people feel seen and supported for who they truly are. That’s the kind of space I work to create every day.

About Me I’m a Master of Social Work student specializing in addictions, domestic violence, and emotional regulation. I work with youth and adults, offering virtual sessions across Ontario and limited in-person availability.

Healing happens when we feel safe, supported, and connected. I create a space where people feel understood, accepted, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges.

As an Anishinaabe Kwe from Chimnissing First Nation, I bring both professional training and cultural connection to my practice, using a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach.

Fun Fact I love beading and I’m also a hand poke tattooer.

I support people navigating grief and loss, life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, and the weight of cultural or systemic barriers. I also work with concerns around identity, relationships, body image, and disordered eating.

As a South Asian Shi’a Muslim, my practice is shaped by lived experience and the resilience of my ancestors. I understand the impact of being seen for who you are, especially when your story doesn’t fit within mainstream narratives. In our sessions, your culture, faith, ancestry, and lived experiences are welcomed as strengths, not obstacles.

Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s making space for grief, finding ways to manage daily stress, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that feel distant. Some conversations may be heavy, while others may feel lighter or even bring moments of laughter. My hope is that you leave each session with a greater sense of steadiness, perspective, and the reminder that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

When I’m not working, I love exploring new places, taste-testing amazing foods, and connecting with different cultures. I also treasure life’s small joys: a good cup of chai, music, books, and laughter that lingers.

If you’ve been diagnosed with ADHD or Autism later in life—or you’re still trying to figure out where you fit—I see you. I know what it’s like to feel out of sync, to question your identity, and to wonder if it’s “too late” to understand yourself. My own journey with an AuDHD (ADHD + Autism) discovery as an adult has shaped both how I live and how I support others.

I work with neurodivergent adults who are navigating overwhelm, identity, and the invisible weight of trying to meet neurotypical expectations. My practice is a space where you don’t have to mask, explain, or perform. Together, we explore what works for your brain and your life—with real-world strategies, self-compassion, and honesty.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, misunderstood, or just ready to finally be yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I get it—because I’ve been there.
